Step 1-Consultation
We utilize a fully digital workflow and technology that allows us to eliminate traditional dental impressions, making the process easier and more comfortable for our patients. We use a 4D scan and take pre-op intraoral scans to clone the mouth of the patient, allowing Dr. Dalla to create a personalized treatment plan that restores both function and the appearance of healthy, natural teeth.
Step 2- Smile Analysis
We don’t make any dentures. Instead, we take pictures using the facial scanning data and our in-house technician does an in-depth smile analysis before the surgery to ensure each patient has a smile that is custom-made for them.
Step 3- 4 Means 4
Once you have gone through the consultation process and completed the smile analysis, now it’s time for implantation. The implantation process used by Dr. Dalla and his team of experts is where the difference in quality really shines through. The “4” in ORA 4X means that we are placing a minimum of only four implants within a four-hour time period. All of our surgeries are done under sedation to ensure that every patient — including those sever dental anxiety — can receive treatment comfortably.

After surgery, a printed temporary prosthesis is placed. The material we use is significantly stronger and more aesthetically pleasing than what’s typically used in temporary prostheses for the traditional implant methods.

Step 4- Post-Implant Procedure
Another benefit of our all-on-4 dental implants is that patients can return to a soft food diet immediately following surgery. With other implant methods, patients often must resort to a liquid diet for an extended time.

Once the mouth has healed, patients receive their permanent teeth in just four months. Our process allows patients to enjoy their new smile much sooner than with traditional implants, which often require six to nine months of waiting.
